Job Description
- Achieve production plan according to assigned production schedule with high quality and target quantity.
- Supervise the preparation area to maintain daily production and job completions. Compliance with safety and quality of products procedure.
- Receive production plan from Production Manager/ Production Supervisor, follow up with the production result, Ensure and follow up job schedule delivery.
- Check the number of machines and machine capacity.
- Monitor the daily production output to ensure that it meets the Company’s and Customer’s standards and specifications and other applicable codes.
- Follow up on Quality Standards: Authorized to sign NCR reports raised by QC, Co-operate with QC to check, fix mistake and make sure the products meet the quality requirements, close NCR (if any.
- Supervise and ensure implementation of safety policy during the working of workers.
- Keep and maintain equipment, tools which were distributed to do the job, respond for machine & report machine problems.
- Manpower to maintain full working capacity on all machines, report all machine breakdowns.
- Propose performance appraisal and review worker to production supervisor.
- Submit recording data to the production clerk of production to make sure the production report will submit correctly and on time.
- Maintenance of the ISO, 5S system as well as filling documents in sections.
- Making daily Production reports and record material consumption.
- Initiate and develop new methods of improving quality and productivity.
Requirements
- College or University Degree of Mechanical Engineering ( Welding/ Fitting)
- 3-5 years year experience working in the same position
- Can use MS. office
- Can speak English
- Can read shop drawing well
- Leadership skill
- Communication and negotiation skills.
