This is a footwear factory that is made of pre-engineered steel designed, fabricated, and installed by PEB Steel. To ensure the longevity of the building while creating the most ideal working environment, PEB Steel uses advanced materials and technologies:

• The roofing panels are made of Alu-Zinc™ material with a zinc-aluminum coating for higher durability;
• The mezzanine composite floor that helps to optimize the area;
• RV 5.0 ridge ventilator to improve air circulation;
• 50mm-thick PebInsul™ material for effective insulation;
• Skylight panels to save energy and optimize operations costs.
